Hello, I’m Gabi!

A Birth Doula and Newborn Care Specialist changing the world by holding mothers, one baby at a time.

As a certified Birth Doula and Newborn Care Specialist, my mission is to support families, offering science-based, compassionate and empowering care.

I started my career as a caregiver 9 years ago, in the East Coast, caring for a 3-year-old toddler and then later his newborn brother. That’s when I first entered the postpartum world—the chaos and bliss that accompany a baby’s arrival.

At the time, even though I had little experience with newborns, my support was needed, and I was eager to learn and find meaningful ways to help that family. I soon realized that newborn care came very naturally to me. I had self-taught all the basics of newborn care, read all the baby books, and discovered how much joy and fulfillment caring for newborns brought me. That’s when I decided to turn it into a career!

This led me to seek formal training and pursue certification as a Newborn Care Specialist, where my passion and skills were solidified, and I found my true purpose.

While caring for newborn babies, I spent a lot of time by the side of the bed, listening to mothers and their wisdom—hearing their questions and doubts, their vulnerability, and their transformations. After years of doing that, I realized that caring for the babies was no longer enough; it was time for me to learn how to care for their mothers too.

It didn’t feel holistic to me to only focus on caring for the babies when the mothers were often in a place where they needed as much support. That’s when I realized becoming a Doula was my mission. Holding mothers, one baby at a time, became my purpose.

I completed my Doula training at Rocky Mountain Doula in Colorado in 2022 and have been continuously supporting families ever since.

I am wholeheartedly committed to supporting you and your family every step of the way. No challenge is too big! If there’s anything I cannot help you with, I will find you the team that can! You are not alone.
